Celebrity Gallery Updates - Weekly Digest - 20-26th October 2007

Friday, 26th October 2007

A lot of updates today, beginning with our biggest upload of Strictly Come Dancing pictures so far. Over 200 high quality promotional and performance shots from series five have been spread over thirteen pages:

Due to the large amount of pictures, dedicated Strictly pages have now been created for Alesha Dixon, Kelly Brook and Penny Lancaster Stewart. All Strictly pictures that were previously on the girls' main pages have now been moved to their respective special galleries. Also included on each page are pictures of the girls' respective professional partners: Matthew Cutler, Brendan Cole and Ian Waite.

Added a new gallery for Letitia Dean plus a dedicated Strictly Come Dancing page. Letitia's main gallery features a variety of promotional shots from award shows, pantomimes (she looks great as Snow White) and, of course, Eastenders. Most are from her recent stint on the show, but there are also a couple from the "one minute we were talking, the next we were ripping each other's clothes off" era. Unfortunately, there aren't any from the "whatcha reckon Lofty? Do you prefer tights or stockings?" era as yet, but we're working on it...

Letitia's Strictly page also features pictures of her professional partner Darren Bennett.

Added a new gallery for Matt Di Angelo plus a dedicated Strictly Come Dancing page. The same pictures have been uploaded to the Flavia Cacace gallery.

Updated the Camilla Dallerup, Erin Boag, Karen Hardy, Lilia Kopylova, Nicole Cutler and Ola Jordan galleries with high quality performance shots. Each gallery also features pictures of the professional dancers' respective partners: Gethin Jones, Willie Thorne, Brian Capron, Dominic Littlewood, John Barnes and Kenny Logan.

Finally for the Strictly Come Dancing section, we've added a new gallery for It Takes Two presenter Claudia Winkleman and updated Tess Daly's page.

Eastenders next...

In addition to the Letitia Dean and Matt Di Angelo pages mentioned above, we've also added a new gallery for Babita Pohoomull and updated the Kellie Shirley, Lacey Turner and Nigel Harman pages.

That's still not all...

Added a dedicated page for screen captures from What Planet You On by Bodyrox to the Luciana Caporaso gallery.

Added screen captures from Do It and Nickelback's Rockstar video to the Nelly Furtado gallery.

Added more screen captures from Nickelback's Rockstar video to the Dominique Swain, Eliza Dushku and Rachel Bilson galleries.

Added a new gallery for Alicia Keys plus a dedicated page for screen captures from her new video, No One.

Finally, to celebrate the release of new album Blackout next week, we've added a collection of promotional photoshoots to the Britney Spears gallery. Every era of Britney is included, so there should be something for everyone.

Tuesday, 23rd October 2007

Added a new gallery for Bailey Tzuke plus a dedicated page for screen captures from Uninvited by Freemasons.

Added a new gallery for Luciana Caporaso plus dedicated pages for screen captures from Yeah Yeah (Bodyrox), Bigger Than Big (Super Mal) and Wish You Would (Martijn Ten Velden).

Added a new gallery for Leona Lewis plus dedicated pages for A Moment Like This and Bleeding Love.

Added a new gallery for Penny Lancaster Stewart featuring some fantastic high quality photoshoots and performance shots from the current series of Strictly Come Dancing.

Added performance shots from last weekend's Strictly Come Dancing to the Alesha Dixon, Flavia Cacace, Kelly Brook, Nicole Cutler and Ola Jordan galleries.

Updated the Aly & AJ page with a candid shot from the premiere of Ratatouille.

Added new Heroes Season Two wallpapers to the Ali Larter, Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia galleries.

Monday, 22nd October 2007

Added over 700 screen captures to the Bedazzled page on the Elizabeth Hurley gallery. If you're a uniform fetishist (and I think it's probably quite clear by now that we fall into that camp), there should be something there to please you. Elizabeth wears a variety of costumes including traffic cop, nurse, cheerleader, schoolgirl and (in the deleted scenes section) French maid. There's also a lot of PVC and leather flying around, all of which add up to form our best set of vidcaps yet!

Added a new gallery for Kristen Bell who arrives in Heroes tonight (in the USA) as a mysterious character called Elle.

Updated the Amy Hartzler and Britney Spears galleries with new high quality photoshoots.

Nurses threaten to step up industrial action

Nurses are threatening to escalate their campaign for better pay and conditions if the State Government fails to improve its offer.

Nurses began closing beds across the state on Friday.

Neroli Ellis from the Nursing Federation says members are angry the government has failed to offer a compromise deal.

"Nurses are very determined to protect our profession and safe patient care. Nurses will take this further if they have to."

Negotiators from the Health Department will meet the Health and Community Services Union today and the Nursing Federation tomorrow to try to break the deadlock.

The Health Minister, Lara Giddings says the campaign has forced some surgery to be postponed.

"I do think there is an element of unreasonableness in taking this industrial action as far as they have."

Ms Giddings insists the government's offer is fair.
